Add one cup raw millet to a medium sized saucepan, toast the millet in a saucepan for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add two cups water or vegetable broth with a pinch of salt, stir and bring water to a rapid boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.
